Steven R. Kaufman | Director Emeritus
Steven, a founding partner of ATS, has over 15 years of training and consulting experience. Over the past 10 years, he has worked extensively with leading multinational and local companies in Taiwan as well as TAITRA. Steven is an MBA candidate at the National ChengChi University, and an Honors Graduate of the University of Western Ontario.

Dylan P. Powell | Executive Consultant
Dylan, who in 2007 will conduct programs with ATS in southern Taiwan, has helped companies and individuals succeed by developing and delivering a wide variety of professional development courses with Outward Bound, a leading professional development organization in Canada. He has also been a principal in 3 successful entrepreneurial ventures. Dylan has an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (with a concentration in entrepreneurship).

Malcolm J P Higgins | Editing Manager
Malcolm has over 12 years of editing, writing and management experience in Taiwan. A chemistry graduate from Warwick University in the UK, Malcolm specialises in editing medical and scientific papers. In addition, he coordinates the flow of papers to all editors working with ATS.

Yami Cheng | Executive Sales Consultant
Yami has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience and has been working with ATS since it was founded in 2002.
